RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We have a 5-day return request policy, which means you must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
By placing an order, you agree to all terms listed in this policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include receipt or proof of purchase
- Be verified with proof of delivery confirmation from the postal carrier
HOW TO START A RETURN

If your return is approved, we will provide:
- Return shipping instructions
- Return approval confirmation
- (If applicable) a return shipping label
Important: Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval for a return will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping address will be provided after approval.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will review the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or special-order items
- Personal care or beauty products once opened or used
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different item is:
- Request and complete an approved return
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired item
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued as store credit only or replacement of equal value
- Store credit is issued within 10 business days after approval
We do not issue cash refunds or original payment reversals.
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTES POLICY
We do not support chargebacks as a resolution method.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us directly so we can resolve it through:
- Store credit
- Replacement
- Order correction
