PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Crown Culture Beauty Supply is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.
If your package is:

Damaged → Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

Lost or delayed → Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
We recommend keeping all packaging materials and damaged items when filing claims.
We will assist where possible, but final responsibility lies with the carrier once the order has shipped.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Orders marked delivered by the carrier

Packages returned due to incorrect address information
SHIPPING & RETURNS ALIGNMENT

By placing an order, you agree that shipping issues must be resolved directly with Crown Culture Beauty Supply or the shipping carrier.
We do not accept chargebacks as a method of dispute resolution.
